To place an order of empanadas we request a minimum order of 1 dozen.
We ask for 50% deposit at the time you place your order and the remainder balance 2 weeks prior to your event. (100% payment is due if your event is less than 2 weeks from the date you place your order).
Catering orders have to be placed a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
Orders are available for pick up or delivery (additional fee of $50+ according to delivery location).
Time of pick-up/delivery must be specified at the order; everything is freshly made on the day of your event.
Disposable serving utensils are not included, but can be ordered at an additional cost.
Since we are not a full-service catering company, please note that we do not offer staff, set-up or clean-up for your event.

Changes to your order must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event.
Cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to the event for a full refund. Cancellation made 5 days prior to the event are subject to only a partial refund of 50%. Cancellations made 3 days prior to the event are non-refundable.
The food prepared may contain certain allergens such as, but not limited to tree nuts and shellfish. Customer accepts full liability for the consumption at their event.
Ownership of all items will only be transferred from the seller to the customer. Risks will be transferred on receipt of order. From this time, the customer will assume full liability for all products may cause or suffer.
Order received that is not stored in proper adequate temperatures, outdoor environment conditions or altered by the customer. Therefore, the customer will accept full liability for all items from the moment it is transferred to customer.
Any other foods supplied at your event other than our food we supplied the customer will accept full liability in the case of any cross contamination that may occur or improper handling.
Customer must check the condition of the product on their receipt. In the event of missing, lost or damaged goods, the customer must state their reservations immediately.
The customer will confirm their reservations within 3 hours from receipt in writing (email or letter) must be accompanied by a photograph clearly showing the damage of products. After this period the products delivered will be deemed compliant and free of any defect.
