Let us do the cooking, so you can do the entertaining...

My immense love for the kitchen began at a very young age. Some of my fondest memories growing up were in our family kitchen. Competing in the kitchen with my brother was always fun, but always a debate on which one of us made the most savory noodle soup or which one of us could tolerate the heat of a chili pepper most. During our summer breaks my sister and I would create some edible and not so edible lunches while our parents were at work. We learned very quickly by trial and error.  How we managed to not burn the house down is still a mystery to me. My dad was the one who cooked our family dinners. My mom on occasion cooked on weekends and that was if she wanted to (she was my dads queen and she definitely wore that crown well) Whomever or whatever was cooking in our kitchen, you better believe I was there. Willingly becoming the little sous chef. Watching, learning and building a pallet that tought me the skills of cooking without measurements, but by building a pallet to distinguish the taste and aroma's of each ingredient that would transfer the flavors to every savory dish. My family and friends along the way have come to know this passion of mine and have always encouraged me to share my dishes outside of my home. So here we are, un pedacito de mi  (a little piece of  me, -cito) made from my kitchen brought to your tables for all of you to enjoy,  create memories and bring your family and friends together. Thank you for allowing -cito to share what food has always meant to me.
